Loom keeps your agents on track.

Your Loom Cloud account and organization

What an organization is, the limits that apply to a free account, how trials end, and how to get help or have your data removed.

Organization and stores#

Signing up creates one organization for your email address. The organization owns an encrypted storage volume, and every store you create lives inside it. You connect to a store through a section in ~/.loom/stores.toml; the organization is not a separate thing you configure.

To see who the server thinks you are:

loom whoami

Limits#

LimitValue
Storage per organization200 MB, shared by all of your stores
Stores per organization5 (the three starter stores count)
Store domainsCodingDomain, PersonalDomain, ReconciliationDomain, LogDomain

The first store comes from sign-in; you cannot create it with create_store. To add or remove stores see Manage stores.

When the organization is full, saves fail. Delete stores you no longer need, or contact info@loomcloud.ai about more space.

Trial accounts#

If you see "Trial capacity is currently full" while signing up (the website says Trial capacity is currently full. Please try again later., and loom setup or loom login print loom login: Trial capacity is currently full. Please try again later. and exit with status 2), capacity for new accounts is temporarily exhausted. Try again later. New trial organizations are capped (the server default is 100).

Who can see your data#

The operator of Loom Cloud can read live store data while it is being served. See Security and privacy for the full statement. Do not save secrets as facts.

Delete a store, or everything#

  • One store: loom drop_store SECTION --confirm SECTION, or Delete store on the website. This destroys the store's data permanently.
  • Your whole account and data: email info@loomcloud.ai from the address you signed up with and ask for your organization to be removed.

Sign out#

On the web, use Log out in the navigation. On a computer, loom logout --params '{"section":"coding"}' forgets that store's credential locally only. See Update and uninstall.
