Terms of Service
Last updated: July 7, 2026.
Beta service
Loom Cloud is currently offered as a private beta. Access may be approved, limited, paused, or removed while the service is being tested and improved.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you and your agents store in Loom Cloud. Do not upload data you are not allowed to use, illegal content, malware, secrets you do not intend to store, or information that requires a stricter data boundary than the hosted beta provides.
Hosted stores
Hosted stores are encrypted at rest and in transit, but they are not end-to-end encrypted. The hosted service needs server-side access to store content to answer agent queries and operate shared memory features. Use self-hosting if your requirements do not allow that access model.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, overload the system, or use Loom Cloud to violate laws or third-party rights.
Availability and changes
The beta is provided as-is and may change. We may update features, limits, pricing, access rules, or these terms as the product develops.
Cancellation and deletion
You can stop using the service or request deletion of your hosted-store data by contacting us. We may retain limited records when needed for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Loom Cloud at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, at our sole discretion — this includes during the beta and afterward. This may include removing your hosted store(s) and data as part of termination, subject to the retention/deletion terms above.
No warranty; limited liability
Loom Cloud is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that any data will be preserved without loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
